Scheduled - We will be performing an infrastructure upgrade this Sunday, September 13, 2026, at 6:00 AM ET. This upgrade is designed to allow ScriptSure to operate normally for most of the maintenance window.

A few brief service interruptions are expected during node cycling in the middle of the upgrade. This downtime should last less than 60 seconds. If you encounter an error during this time, please wait a few minutes and try your request again.

What to Expect
The upgrade window will last approximately 90 minutes
ScriptSure will remain available for normal use during most of the upgrade
Brief outages will occur while services cycle during updates.
